Dance times and what to bring for LAGOON

Now the good stuff. Below is arrival times, dance times, what to bring, etc..... If you have any questions, please call me. The highlighted times are the times that your child has taken dance all year on either Monday or Thursday.

!!!!!Please remember that I will not always be at the meeting place when you are set to arrive. I have a lot going on that day, but I will show up, don't get nervous :)

11 AM Monday

Jocelyn and Lily - arrive at 8:30. Freestyle is at 9:30 at the Oak Pavillion

Team Arrival Time (This does not mean the time that you pull into the Lagoon parking lot. This means the time you are at the designated meeting spot)

10:30 am at the Oak Pavillion (see map) This is the smallest pavillion so it should be easy to spot us.

Performance Time - 11:34 am Sesame Street

*After you perform here we need to all go to the Meadow Pavillion to warm up for the next dance. (Meet at the back of the pavillion.

12:30pm Peanut Butter and Jelly

Please bring: white tights, clogging shoes, white leotard, Pink tutu, hair piece.

Hair: Curly ponytail. If hair is short just have it down and curly with the hairpiece in. Hairpiece should be on child's left side.

4PM - Mini Miss

Malorie, Macie, and Breein - Arrive at 8:30. Freestyle time is 9:30 at the Oak Pavillion

10:00 am at theOak Pavillion (see map) This is the smallest pavillion so it should be easy to spot us.

Performance Time 11:00 am Yummy

11:50 am Small World

Please bring: Tan tights, Clogging shoes, gloves, Black Shrug, Green zebra tutu, hair piece

Hair : Two messy buns. Flower should be on child’s left side

5PM - Juniors

Arrival Time (This does not mean the time that you pull into the Lagoon parking lot. This means the time you are at the designated meeting spot)

9:30 am at the Meadow Pavilion (see map) I am usually in the south east corner area.

Performance Time - 10:30 am Drive

11:20 am Kids in America

Please bring: Clogging shoes, tan tights, headband, tutu, zebra top.

Hair: Curly ponytail. If hair is short just have it down and curly with the hairpiece in. Hairpiece should be on child's left side.

Katlyn and Maddi - Novice solos arrive at 8:45am at the Oak Pavillion. Performance is 9:45 am.

6PM Seniors

2:50 pm - Meadow Pavillion

Performance Time - 3:50 pm Some Nights Meadow Pavillion

Please bring: Camo pants, black top, tan nylons, skirt, flowers ( you will get these at dance this week) clogging shoes.

Hair: Messy Bun to the back. Bangs cannot be in your face. I will pin them back.

Kenzi, Anna, Tori, Cambry - Intermediate Solos start at 1:20 at the Oak Pavillion. Arrive by 12:30.

Hanna and Katie - Advance Solos start at 2:30 at the Oak Pavillion. Arrive by 1:30.

Tawnya and Emma - Beginning solos are at 5:30 at the Oak Pavillion. *** This is tricky because your team is dancing at the same time. They will not hold solos but will hold team dances so just meet at 4:30 at the meadow pavillion and we will go over to Oak for you to do solos.

Hanna and Cambry Duet: Arrival Time 11:30pm Oak Pavillion. Performance time is 12:30pm

Katie and Anna Duet: Arrival Time 1pm Oak Pavillion. Performance time is 2 pm .

Chalisse and Em: Arrival Time 11:20 am Oak Pavillion. Performance time is 12:20 pm

Lagoon Information

The free walk on tickets for your dancer have to be redeemed at the ticket window. You can not do those online. Lines can be long so plan accordingly.

You will each be given a sheet of tickets for Lagoon. This sheet has one discount parking ticket, 1 free walk on ticket for your dancer. Also on the sheet is the ride ticket and the spectator ticket. Those tickets are good for up to 8 people. If you have more than 8 going you can just copy the tickets for more or ask me. You can also copy the parking ticket. Just a reminder that ONLY YOUR DANCER IS FREE TO GET ON. YOU MUST PAY EITHER A WALK ON FEE OR BUY A RIDE PASS TO WATCH THIS EVENT.

Purchase your discounted tickets online and avoid waiting in lines! Go directly to the turnstiles and walk into the park.

1. ONLINE TICKETS - NO WAITING IN LINES!!!!!!
         Buy your tickets online first and walk right up to the turnstiles! NO waiting to get into the park! No waiting at the ticket windows. Go directly into the park!
        - go to www.lagoonpark.com/tickets
        - enter the promo code "DANCE2013" and press "GO"
        - Search for the ticket option that says "National Championship Discount Ride Pass" (it may not be the first option)
        - Buy your tickets online and you are good to go!
        - Spectators and competitors can buy all day discounted ride passes and admission passes online beforehand and avoid the ticket windows! Once you purchase your tickets online, simply take your ticket to the turnstiles and avoid all lines!

2.TICKET WINDOW REDEMPTION
Click on the links below, print the coupons, redeem it at the ticket windows.

COMPETITOR COUPONS
Click here for Competitor Coupons. There are 5 coupons on each paper. Each competitor will need just one coupon. Take the coupon to the ticket window and exchange for free admission to the competition or buy a discounted all-day ride pass at the ticket window. (There are 5 coupons on each page so you can print off the page and give it to 5 competitors.) Print off as many competitor coupons as you need.

SPECTATOR COUPONS
Click here for SPECTATOR and PARKING coupons. Each spectator will need one coupon. Take the coupon to the ticket window and pay for admission to the park (11$) or buy a discounted all-day ride pass ($30.95) at the ticket window. Take the parking discounted coupon to the parking windows for discounted parking.
