 You should have received an email with a Lagoon Ticket sheet attached to it. You can print as many of these as you need. However, only your dancer is allowed to use a competetor free pass to get into Lagoon.  Here are instructions  about purchasing tickets

Buy your competitor, spectator and all-day ride passes online and skip waiting in lines at the ticket windows. With your online ticket, you can go directly to the turnstiles and walk directly into the park! Save Time! No Waiting! Buy online!

Or you can !  bring printed coupons to the ticket windows and pay for admission and all-day ride passes.  You may print as many Competitor and Spectator Coupons as you wish. All except those with Pre-paid passes will need to get in line at the admission windows and exchange discount coupons for either an ALL-DAY RIDE TICKET or an ADMISSION TICKET, so please arrive at least 1 hour early as there WILL BE LINES.

Please pay attention to your arrival and your performance time.  The competition sometimes runs ahead and sometimes runs behind.  I can not hold the dance for late arrivals. I also have no control if they perform an hour late (though they usually don’t run behind) Arrival time means dressed and ready inside Lagoon.  Keep in mind that you will have to wait in line to get a ticket and walk back to the performance area.  I am not always at the meeting locations, but wait there, I will come. 

 Everything is listed under your childs time that she takes dance from me. Your costume items and how to do hair is listed under your team information.  This will also be on the blog  and a text sent. Call or text if you have questions. 435 720 3226

***  If you are doing Freestyle, solos or duets your information is after all the team information. Pay attention to your arrival times for team and your arrival times for your other events.

Hair - Curly Ponytail  - do this in the middle of your childs head, not too high, so the hats can sit above the ponytail. I will glitter your childs hair if you don't
Costume - Purple dress, black shrug, tights, black gloves, hat, clogging shoes (PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY SHOES)
Makeup - Blush and Lipstick are required. All else is up to you.

Wednesday 3pm
Arrival Time – 8:30  am Meadow Pavillion
Performance Time Dance 1 (Wreck it Ralph/See you Again) – 9:30 am Meadow Pavillion
Performance Time Dance 2 (We Like to Party) – 11:15 am Oak Pavillion

Hair - Two Messy buns on the top of your head.  . I will glitter your childs hair if you don't
Costume - Black and Yellow costume, tights, clogging shoes (PLEASE LABEL SHOES)
* Don't worry about the diamond hair thing.  We won't use it
* Some girls are complaining that this costume is itchy.  If they need to wear a cami under it that is fine, but it has to be pinned to not show.
Makeup - Blush and Lipstick are required. All else is up to you.

Wednesday 4pm

Performance Time Dance 1 (Purple People Eater) – 11 am Meadow Pavillion
Performance Time Dance 2 (Who Let the Dogs Out) – 11:40 am Meadow Pavillion

Costume - Blue pants, Pink undershirt, Sequin Shirt, nylons (I know we are wearing pants, but these help our feet and legs all look the same, clogging shoes, flower for hair. (PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY SHOES)
Makeup - You know how to do performance make up.  I will have a glitter for your eyes.

This is for my Thursday 4pm class. If they do it perfect next week they get a candy bar.

Statements were all emailed out today - Wednesday April 9th.

LAGOON COMPETITION FEES ARE DUE THIS WEEK. FOR THE WEDNESDAY CLASS THAT IS  APRIL 9. FOR THE THURSDAY CLASS THAT IS APRIL 10.  AFTER THAT DATE THE FEES GO UP TO $18 A DANCE. 

Here is the schedule for the rest of the dance year. With dance recital, pictures, competition and class in May, it will be full tuition.

I am still working out the Lagoon date.  Here is the issue.  As stated in last months email, I have two teams that did not qualify for Lagoon.  They are competing this weekend to try for a first place.  If they don't we will have to compete on May 3rd.  I apologize for this change in date, but this hasn't happened before.  The other problem I am having is there are 4 people who have told me in the last two weeks they can't come on the 3rd.  There are 5 that have said they can't on the 10th.  Since clogging is a team sport I might just have to pick the weekend the most people can go anyway. That being said I am leaning towards going on the 3rd. I will let you know by Saturday which day we are going. I really am sincerely trying to do what is best for the students.
